Problem:

Bacteria contamination and extensive odors in various rooms at the plant, such as cutting rooms and waste receptacles. Plant had some experience with ozone equipment, however product failure and lack of service and technical supported prevented any real consistent benefits.

Solution:

After purchase of a custom built ozone generator from the manufacturer, the plant immediately noticed a significant benefit in clean air and sanitization of working areas. The equipment extended also provided extended capabilities from other ozone generators simply providing ozonated water for cleaning. The ozone generator will run when the plant is unoccupied for further decontamination.
